Course Enrollment and Payment

When you enroll in our courses, you agree to:

Refund Policy

Full refunds are available within 7 days of course enrollment. After this period, refunds may be provided at our discretion based on individual circumstances. No refunds are available for completed courses or no-show students.

Cancellation Policy

Brain Boost reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and recordings, are the intellectual property of Brain Boost. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without written permission.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to:

• Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
• Arrive on time and prepared for sessions
• Maintain confidentiality of personal information shared during courses
• Follow all health and safety guidelines

Limitation of Liability

Brain Boost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific course or service.

Modifications

Brain Boost reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
